What we collect

When you submit a quote request or contact form, you give us the information you fill in: your name, contact details, service address, and whatever you tell us about the driveway. We use that information to answer your request, quote the work, and provide the service if you sign up. We do not ask for payment details through this website.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people read. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser and sends Google details such as the pages you view, your approximate location, and your device and browser type. We use those reports only to improve the site, and we do not use them for advertising. JotForm, which powers the quote and contact forms, may also set cookies while one of its forms is open on the page. Your browser settings can block either if you prefer, and Google offers an opt-out browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

How we use your information

Confirm whether your address is on a route and quote the season.
Schedule service and sequence storm routes.
Send invoices, receipts, and seasonal service notices.
Answer questions you send us by phone, text, or email.

We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with the service providers that help us operate, such as JotForm for the forms and our email provider, and only as far as those services require.

How long we keep information

Quote and contact submissions are kept as long as we need them to provide service and to meet tax and business record requirements.

Your choices

If you want us to delete what you submitted, or correct something we have on file, email info@drivewaysnowpros.com or call (612) 849-0254 and we will take care of it.
