How it works
Sign up once. Then stop thinking about snow.
You should not have to watch the radar, call a dispatcher, or negotiate mid-storm. Confirm your spot before the season and the rest is on us until spring.

In short
You send your address, we confirm the driveway and the season rate in writing, and you are on the route before the first storm. After that we watch the forecast and dispatch on anything over two inches. The same team clears your driveway every time, including the berm the city plow leaves.
- Sign up once before the season and we handle dispatch from there
- We watch the forecast rather than waiting for your call
- Dispatch trigger is two inches of accumulation
- Routes run by street, so your morning is predictable
- The same team is at your house every storm all season
- We come back through for the city berm after the municipal plow passes
The whole process
Four steps, and three of them are ours.
1. Send your address
We check it against the route and look at the driveway on the map before quoting.
2. Confirm in writing
You get the season rate and your spot confirmed before the first storm, not after.
3. We watch the sky
Over two inches and the route rolls. You do not have to call and we do not wait to be asked.
4. Berm follow-up
After the city plow goes through, we cut the ridge it leaves across your apron.

The equipment
Tractors with blower attachments, not trucks with blades.
A tractor-mounted blower picks the snow up and throws it clear rather than collecting and pushing it. Skid shoes hold the auger housing a fraction of an inch off the surface, which is what keeps the machine off your pavers and turf edges. It is a slower machine than a truck on open pavement and a far better one on a residential driveway.
- Directional chute, so the operator controls where snow lands
- Skid shoes float the housing above the driveway surface
- Set high for gravel so stone stays where it belongs
- Steady clearing rate whether it is three inches or fourteen

Storm mornings
Routes run by street, so the timing is predictable.
We sequence the route geographically and run it the same way every storm. That means you learn roughly when we reach your block, and the crew learns your driveway. On an overnight storm most driveways are done before the middle of the morning.
- The same two cities every storm, so nobody is driving across the metro
- The same team on your street, storm after storm
- A second pass for the city berm once the municipal plow has been through
- A real person at (612) 849-0254 if something looks wrong
Before the season
A few things that help us do a better job.
None of this is required, but each one makes the first storm go more smoothly and reduces the chance of anything getting clipped under fresh snow.
- Driveway markers along the edges, especially on a gravel or unbordered drive
- Tell us where you would rather we did not throw snow
- Point out low-set landscape lighting, edging, or irrigation heads near the drive
- Park vehicles in the garage or on the street on storm nights when you can
Frequently asked
Service questions.
What time will you get to my driveway?
It depends where you sit on the route, but the order is the same every storm, so you will know your window after the first couple of snowfalls. Overnight storms are typically cleared through residential routes by the middle of the morning.
Do I need to call you when it snows?
No. We are watching the forecast and dispatching on accumulation over two inches. If something specific comes up, call (612) 849-0254.
What if the city plow comes through after you?
We come back and cut the berm it leaves across your apron. That follow-up is part of the season rate rather than a separate billable visit.
How long is the season?
November 1 through April 15. Late season storms inside that window are covered the same as January ones.
What if I am not happy with a clearing?
Call (612) 849-0254 or email info@drivewaysnowpros.com the same day and we will come back. Because the same team runs your street, fixing something once usually fixes it for the rest of the winter.
Get confirmed before the first storm.
Send your address and we will check the driveway and send your season rate.
